The Rambagh point offers scenic views of the Khandaa, Garbut point. If you are luck and the time is right, you can also witness one of the most beautiful sunset view ever.

The view point offers amazing views of the surrounding areas as it is located on a plateau making it ideal to get view of the historical Vishalgad and Prabalgad forts.

On the left side of the lake is the ancient Pisharnath Mahadev Temple.

The locals trekking all the way up to the hills.

The journey to this little paradise is incomplete without the toy train. The speed of the train is equal to one's walking speed lol ...

The resorts here are cool and blends in harmony with nature with small stalls at the market place to carry home some beautiful memories of the place.

The sunrise point is an experience in itself, and if the ride is with an elegantly galloping white horse, then the journey is all the more fascinating and fun.

This Little Chowk Point is known for the fantastic views of the Sahyadri Ranges.

From this point, you get a view of the Panvel town and the Karnala fort.

As a reward for its hard work, we fed the tired ponies few biscuits, who relished them with joy. Matheran is the Asia's only automobile free hill station, where horses are the main means of transport, to go up and down the hills.

If you are looking for an adventure, head into this paradise and explore the beauty of lakes, waterfalls, caves, temples, hills, fort, and wild forests and above all 'Peace'.
